By accessing or using Pibbin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Pibbin is a social media scheduling tool that allows you to create, schedule, and publish content to Pinterest using the Pinterest API. The Service includes AI-powered image generation, content scheduling, and board management features. Pibbin operates in compliance with the Pinterest Developer Guidelines and Pinterest API Terms of Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
To use Pibbin's core features, you must connect a Pinterest account through Pinterest's official OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. By connecting your account, you:
Pibbin will never request your Pinterest password. All authentication is handled through Pinterest's secure OAuth flow.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., publishing pins to Pinterest at your direction).
You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with the terms of service and community guidelines of Pinterest, including the Pinterest Community Guidelines.

Pibbin offers AI-powered image generation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free of errors, suitable for all purposes, or compliant with Pinterest's policies. You assume full responsibility for any AI-generated content you choose to publish.

Pibbin integrates with Pinterest and other third-party services. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, policies, or availability that may affect the Service. Your use of Pinterest is also governed by Pinterest's own terms of service and privacy policy.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled pins depend on the availability of the Pinterest API, which is outside our control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed or delayed social media posts, loss of data, or interruption of service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pibbin and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including Pinterest's terms of service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited uses. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your encrypted Pinterest access tokens and any content stored within Pibbin will be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
